I haven't written a proper journal in agessss...

What have I been up to these days? Work, Co-op Education and graduation. My school is public so we like do to things extra late. I finally had commencement a couple of nights ago. It was pretty cool. It actually had me choked up at some points, and I was actually featured in the slide show (It was a pic of me eating a chocolate chip cookie...mmmm)!!! It was pretty nice to see all my friends again and see what they've been up to as of late. But alot of people who I feel should have graduated with me and the rest of the group weren't there. Pretty sadening but, it is what it is.

Other than that I've been working at my new job with HMV, and doing co-op education where you get to get into a workplace that may help you in your future career choices. I got hooked up with a professional printing company to help propell me into the graphic design field. It's been pretty good so far but its more about the production side of things rather than the creative side. I really wanted to be creating the banners and business cards and stuff, not just editing and printing the work. But i guess you just got to deal with what you get, right?

HMV on the other hand is pretty sick! I get to listen to music all day and speak to some nice people about music, movies or video games. I have also met up on some pretty interesting individuals. I even got an Xbox 360 hook up from this nice older couple who have a son who is some big IT guy and won a 360 through some raffle draw but hasn't touched it. The most he did was look into the box to make sure he didn't get shafted. So all in all, the job is cool.
